The house itself was a brilliant size, comfortably accommodating all 8 of us. We loved the homely feel and the lovely decor. the facilities were perfect and had everything we needed, including a well, equipped kitchen. the location was excellent, close to attractions and with easy access to the rest of Cornwall. Another advantage was the warm welcome we received, with scones and cream waiting for us upon arrival.
There were a few drawbacks. the mattresses were quite uncomfortable, and many of the dining room chairs were loose and in need of repair.

The house was spacious and in a great location, perfect for exploring the area. Being able to bring our dogs along was a huge bonus. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot and powerful.
The property could use some upgrades, such as replacing broken beds and pillows. The kitchen sink didn't have a plug and there were some cleanliness issues, like a dirty grill pan left in the oven.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the amazing property. The communication from the hosts was excellent, and they provided clear instructions for a stress-free arrival. The property itself exceeded our expectations, with immaculate cleanliness and beautiful decor. We were delighted to find a welcome hamper waiting for us, which included tea, milk, clotted cream, jam, and delicious scones!
While we had a great time at the property, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The mattresses were quite uncomfortable, as mentioned in previous reviews, and the dining room table was sticky even after cleaning.

The house itself was beautiful and spacious, providing a comfortable stay for our romantic escape. We especially enjoyed the homely feel and the personal touches, like fresh milk in the fridge and scones with clotted cream. The location was fantastic, conveniently close to several key attractions and easily accessible from the main roads. Additionally, the fact that there were three bathrooms was a definite advantage, ensuring that we had plenty of privacy and convenience during our stay.
the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, it was frustrating not to have a password for the Wi-Fi, as we were unable to use our devices without constantly having to ask for a top-up.

Seashells Villa provided a comfortable and spacious stay, perfect for our large group. The location was great, making it easy to explore Cornwall's beautiful beaches. The house was well-equipped and the welcome pack, including a delicious Cornish Cream Tea, was a lovely touch. Despite a few minor issues like the occasional Wi-Fi glitch and a couple of earwigs in the kitchen, our overall experience was positive.
